Prior to the launch of his firm, Tan Ngo LawCalvin Ngo spent over a decade honing his litigation and trial skills in several Los Angeles based law firms. His career began by defending Los Angeles and Orange County public entities in high-profile disputes involving law enforcement agencies and first responders. As a result, Calvin gained extensive experience representing both institutional and individual clients in a variety of legal issues ranging from personal injury disputes, civil rights claims, and employment matters.

In 2020, he founded Tan Ngo Law with the mission of expanding access and helping those with lesser means navigate our complex justice system. Since then, Tan Ngo Law has been exclusively focused on representing Plaintiffs whom have been harmed by someone else’s intentional or negligent conduct.

During his legal studies, Calvin volunteered extensively with outreach programs that provided legal assistance to victims of domestic violence. In addition, he also provided extensive legal aid as a tenant rights counsel for low-income housing communities in Los Angeles, California. Calvin has also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Rolf M. Treu (Ret.) in the Los Angeles Superior Court and the Honorable Sheri Bluebond in the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court, Central District.

Prior to earning his law degree, Calvin earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in both Finance and Economics from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
