Bradley I. Kramer, M.D., Esq., Of Council to RMC Law, has practiced litigation with his principal focus on cases involving medical or science-based claims including personal injury claims that deal with pharmaceuticals, medical devices, medical malpractice, and catastrophic personal injury. From time to time, Mr. Kramer also takes on business fraud, breach of contract, and entertainment claims. Mr. Kramer prides himself on being a ferocious and unwavering litigator and trial attorney, having directly recovered, or assisted with the recovery of many millions of dollars from national corporations, motion picture studios, the state of California, numerous hospitals and physicians, Blue Cross/Anthem Health Care, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, and California Department of Health Care Services.
Mr. Kramer, a native of Chicago, received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Golden Key National Honor Societies. After graduating from the University of Michigan in 3 years, Mr. Kramer attended medical school at the University of Illinois and was awarded high honors upon graduation in 2000. After completing a medical residency program at the UCLA School of Medicine, Mr. Kramer received his California Medical License. Immediately thereafter, he attended Stanford University Law School, and founded the Stanford Medical Ethics and Law Society, receiving his law degree from Stanford in 2004.
